Being a superstar in the erotic film industry is not the bed of roses and exciting
sex that would-be starlets dream about. When a film is completed, there remains
the matter of publicity and many personal appearances. And the next production
on the schedule.
Golden-haired Seka is on tour in Michigan, promoting "Prisoner of Paradise."
Kandi Barbour's in New York City, shooting a bold new xxx-rater. Vanessa Del Rio
is bedding down, on camera, in the City By The Bay, swinging San Francisco . .
. loving her way through "The Girls of Company C." And Marlene Willoughby,
looking more ravishing than ever, is all over the country, in pursuit of her own
personal Mr. Right Guy. All work and no play is not her scheme of living!
Residents of Manhattan are staying up late to catch actress Robin Byrd on her
own x-rated cable TV midnight call-in show, "Hot Legs" on Chanhel J,
Wednesdays. Red-eyed and erect, viewers are burning up the phone lines to talk
to the sexiest star on the tube.
So far this season, I've eyeballed no movies better destined to strain a man's
shorts than "Inside Seka" and "Talk Dirty To Me." Seka's sensational,
and Jessie St. James and John Leslie, backed by a three-star technical crew, are
hot, hot, hot!
If you have especially enjoyed the performance of an actress new to the erotic
screen, tell me about her. I'll make every effort to have the newcomer featured
in an issue, as Cinema-X's Rising Star of The Month. There's no reason why the
cover and center spread of each issue should not star the star of your choice.
Let me know whom you'd like so see 'frozen' in hot action, and I'll assign one
of our staff photographers the pleasant task of uncovering the headliner who makes
you horny.
While you have your pen in one hand, why not write your own invitation to Cinema-X's
upcoming First Anniversary Party? Enclose a photo of you and your bedmate, your
name and address and phone number, and about 100 words telling why you'd enjoy
rubbing elbows (and other parts) with the top stars of the erotic screen who will
also be sampling the champagne at the festivities. Couples only will be invited
to attend, and the inclusion of your photo is a must!
The party will get under way at a to-be-chosen location in the Hollywood area,
