EDITORIAL NOTE
DRUNKEN RANT
It's funny, isn't it? This is only the second-ever issue of Just 18
Special and there are already other publishers trying to imitate it.
Some chance. This remains the only place where you'll find stunningly

Special moments in the life of this issue include getting hold of ID
