EDITORIAL NOTE
IT AIN'T EAY BEING SLEAZY
Like we say in our headline, it ain't easy being sleazy...not when you're surrounded
by hundreds of ravishing, young porn starlets at the X-rated video section of
the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and the Adult Video News Awards. Actually,
it ain't easy acting professional either when your dick is pointing in one hundred
different erections...er, directions.
Yes, the CES was a blast and a half. You see, when we're not on the road bringing
you the world's most sizzling strippers, were scurrying around in our offices,
looking at pictures, making crucial editorial decisions, like, in which photo
do this girl's tits look biggest, and such. So when we landed in Las Vegas for
the CES and the place was crawling with the newest, most delicious porn stars
in the business, we had a "hard" time controlling the bulges in our
pants.
Each video company booth at the CES was manned (or should we say "woman-ned")
by the starlets who work for that company. Each lady had a line of guys waiting
patiently for an autograph and a pic of .their favorite dreamgirl, while hordes
of video people, reporters, and photographers frantically ran around exchanging
business cards.
The Adult Video News Awards, Saturday night, was particularly thrilling. It took
place in the Grand Ballroom of the Tropicana Hotel. Businessmen in dark suits
and tuxedos and gorgeous women in ulfra-révealing costumes sat at the round
tables while trophies were being awarded to stars for their various sexual on-screen
accomplishments. We at CHERI would like to congraTulate our own Hyapatia Lee who
Was inducted in the Adult Video Hall of Fame and picked up Best Actress honors
for her stirring role in The Masseuse.
