INTRODUCTION
This issue of Porn Star Annual is a round-up of the top male and female performers
of the past year or two. Due to limited space, we have obviously left out some
of the more well-established and veteran performers such as Jamie Gillis, Georgina
Spelvin, Lesllie Bovee, Rhonda Jo Petty and Kay Parker, whom we have covered in
previous issues. What we present here is a bunch of relatively new performers.
Over the past few years we have witnessed the emergence of perhaps the bestlooking,
most attractive group of erotic actresses and actors yet to have hit the adult
entertainment industry.
We had included veteran pornstud John Holmes, who is back in front of the cameras
after being forced to take a rest from doing sex films due to some very sticky
legal complications.
Paul Thomas, who has not been noted for keeping a high profile in his private
life, gives us a very interesting look into himself and his career in his interview
in these pages. Newcomer Tara Aire tells us how and why she got involved in sex
films. And Marilyn Chambers, the queen of porn, talks to us about her latest film
Up 'n Coming, and gives us some intimate glimpses into the secrets of her elegant
sexuality.
Many readers and fans have written complimenting us on previous issues and asking
questions about their favorite stars. In this issue we are printing some of these
letters in the hope that the comments will be of interest to other readers.
