EDITORIAL NOTE
The problem with most magazines—including this one—is that it takes
two or three months from the time they're written till the time they go on sale.
This is why a video that wasn't ready for viewing while an issue was being prepared
will still usually beat the magazine into the hands of consumers. And this is
why we're usually unable to help publicize events that would be of interest to
our readers. Well, thanks to Will Clark, whose duties as a magazine columnist
have given him first hand experience with this time lag, I'm able to announce
an event that I know will be of interest to porn fans who live in Southern California
or plan to visit in mid-September: the Bad Boys Pool Party 2. Last year this event
raised over $8,300 for Aid for AIDS, a Los Angeles AIDS organization, while providing
porn fans and friends an opportunity to rub, er, elbows with such stars as Jeff
Palmer, Dean O'Connor, Joshua Scott, Jack Simmons, Marc Hamilton, Thomas Lloyd.
At this moment—remember our lag time—I don't know which stars will
be there this year, but you can just bet that they'll be the cream of XXX. What
I do know is that the party will be held on Saturday, September 18, the entrance
fee is $50 in advance or $60 at the door. Tickets can be purchased or reserved
