EDITORIAL NOTE
What a terrifically nice girl our cover girl, Miranda, is. Most of the editorial staff can't see further than her tits, of course, and you wouldn't believe the hours and days and weeks they've spent trying to persuade her to show all of herself, but as she said to me when she came into the office last month, "Really, Debbie, I'm not ready for this.
