Welcome to this unique experiment in erotic journalism. We of the FROLIC staff
believe that this issue represents the finest editorial and pictorial product
we have ever produced—and perhaps the finest single men's magazine ever
put together.
To prepare this mini-bible of graphic and scripted erotic art, we spent months
ransacking our private files, spent long hours in deliberation with editors, authors,
and photographers, went through hell-and-high-water to secure reprint rights to
carnal classics, and suffered through a significant amount of torture getting
the finest art designers to come up with the most beautiful of lay-outs in which
to present this classic collection.
In short, this magazine represents a compendium of the finest material to appear
in our field over the past twenty years.
To honor those who have contributed not only to our issue, but to the ritual of
Eros itself, we have dispersed awards in six separate categories:

We're not denying it was hard work, and there were plenty of times we wanted to
