Parliament was a publisher of hardcore XXX magazines during the golden age of magazines, namely the 1970s to the 1990s. They offered a flavour of magazine that was lacking in the industry, namely images of hardcore sex with very little text. It was perfect for the hardcore voyeur who was bored with the mainstream magazines like Playboy and Penthouse.
