EDITORIAL NOTE
Steak pies and sex; comedians and cars; lovely ladies and spanking sessions —
just some of the goodies in this New Year issue. Billy Connolly, the bearded comic
wizard from Scotland, whose recent tour of Britain was a sell-out, describes a
"typical" Scottish Hogmanay, complete with steak pie and coal! Brian
McConnell, crime-writer, reveals some sensational facts in Sex Without Consent,
which covers among others, the acts of the Cambridge Rapist and Charles Manson.
Richard Harris, in a rare interview, gives his forthright views on Ireland and
life among the jet-set. And it seems as if high-flyers can get more than French
letters through the post, according to J. T. Izard, who's been replying to some
of those weird sex ads.
Karl Steiner prefers his kicks in the flesh and tells, in Rock Bottom Rapture,
about the joys of pretty posteriors and what you can do to them. One place all
our lovely ladies would like to sit would be the new Jaguar XJ-S, reviewed by
John Blunsden. Molly Parkin is more concerned with calling "a cunt a cunt"
as she explains in Talk Dirty, while Fiona looks back on some of the more amusing
episodes of her life as a Men Only reporter, in this the last of her current series.
All in all, just the stuff to start the New Year off with a bang!
