EDITORIAL
This month we guide your imagination into other worlds where sex takes on new
pulsating dimensions. Where else to start such a voyage but at the top, with rare
and exclusive interview with Arthur C. Clarke, arguably the greatest sci-fi writer
of our time. Then there is Philip S. Jennings' super short story, John Marks'
investigation of the raping UFOs, and we ask whether S & S means Swords and
Sorcery or Sex and Sadism. Even our little topical joke has an outer space setting.
We have a tremendous line-up, of illustrators here as well : the great Chris Achilleos,
Dave Roe, Michael Kanarek and Chris Foss - who designed amazing sets for the film
of Dune (there's a conversation with him inside, too). We can't supply the sound-track
for these excitements, but we can show you the latest and greatest in hi-fi equipment.
There's much more as well - all our regulars (even Fiona has caught the other
world influence and plans great things with pyramids) and, of course, those longed-for
