Although Georgia has a population of 4.7 million people, which is generally a large enough population for Playboy to prosper, they are only the 112th richest country out of 184 countries in the world. This being said, there is not enough money in this country to make the publication of Playboy feasible in Georgia.
The magazine starting publishing in June 2007 and discontinued in April 2008 after only 7 issues.
