Editorial Note - On The House

Tis the season of parties, surprise packages, Santa Claus and tempting treats. And, in keeping with the times, we have provided all of that and more, much more, in this holiday issue.
"I'm dreaming of a white Christmas." Everyone has heard that song at least once in his life; but this year things have changed. Santa (the dirty old man that he is) has his eye on a chocolate angel and hopes to make her... uh ... her Christmas a real ball. "Up Your White Xmas" (page 16), gives you a behindthe-scenes look at Santa's annual business trip.
Skitch Henderson and Roy Cohn give the business to plenty of their associates with their "Sock-It-To-'Em Celebrity Gift List" (page 18). Skitch and Roy really put it to the stars. You're sure to be as surprised as the recipients of these off-the-wall gifts.
Many people decide to throw parties during the holidays. Jordy McGordy fills us in on just what to expect at some of them in "The Socially Accepted Orgy" (page 78). Jordy shares his experiences at a variety of scenes in order to enlighten—and possibly to warn—us of the ins and outs of that game.
If you're really into parties, but haven't received an invitation, don't worry — all is not lost. Invitations aren't a necessary item when going to a social function. If one is cunning and has his share of nerve, he can go anywhere. George Bernard's in-depth report, "Party Crashers" (page 22), explains how and why many people crash parties.
Our five little angels put on their best holiday smiles — they decided a smile was more than enough—to raise your spirits and get you ready ... for the red-letter days ahead. They believe being prepared is a good idea at all times. You never know what will come up, or when!
Bart Hill can testify to that! A boring trip to the laundromat turned out to be as exciting as ... well, read "Soiled Sheets" (page 92) and see how excited you get.
Assis is back and fighting the "Attack Of The Heathen Turd" (page 88). Wild Bill (page 96) has doubled his pleasure this month and found two willing friends while concocting "The Virgin Mother-in-law." "The Hot Times" (page 67) is smoking. "Ye Olde Cock & Bull Story" (page 26) is full of both cock & bull!
"Rated X" is thoroughly sensual; there's the worst of "Pub Crawlies"; and "Pub Of The Month" reviews the best of the hot spots in the western Catskills of New York State.
Regardless of whether you have been a good little boy or a wicked devil, we have a surprise package wrapped up for you that will knock your socks off. •
